Permanent Stage 27 First Half Tips

First Half Strategy

First Half Stage

  • Use Blunt, Shot, Ice, and Elemental Characters
  • Break the Boss’s Ice Plate
  • Beware of the Boss’s Damage Buff

Use Blunt, Shot, Ice, and Elemental Characters

The enemies in the first half of the stage have Blunt, Shot, Ice, and Elemental Plates. The boss in Wave 2, "Philinosoma Honju," has Blunt, Shot, and Ice Plates, so build a team with characters that can counter these.

Break the Boss’s Ice Plate

The boss has Ice Plates. Along with the Ice Attribute character Reno, Gen (Future Sight) can also randomly break Plates with the Seen Through state from his Ultimate. Aim to inflict Core Exposed to gain an advantage.

Beware of the Boss’s Damage Buff

The boss increases its damage with an ATK buff, so watch out for the damage you take. If survival becomes difficult, use your Defender’s skills to protect allies.

Permanent Stage 27 Second Half Tips

Second Half TIps

Second Half Stage

  • Use Slash and Physical Characters
  • Focus Attacks on the Boss
  • Watch Out for Poison

Use Slash and Physical Characters

Enemies in the second half of Stage 27 have Slash and Physical Plates. Gen (Future Sight) excels at breaking Plates, so make use of his skills if he’s in your team.

Focus Attacks on the Boss

You clear the stage by defeating the central boss, "Myxogasterocarp", so focus your attacks on it. To meet the round limit objective, try to reduce your total number of rounds.

Watch Out for Poison

The boss and its summoned Kaiju inflict Poison, which deals DoT. Keep your team alive by including a healer like Akari Minase, and aim to clear with 0 incapacitated units to meet the objective.

Star Objectives Can Be Completed Separately

The star objectives, "Win with 0 incapacitated units" and clearing within a specified number of rounds, do not need to be completed simultaneously. You can, for example, clear safely with a durability-focused team first, then shorten the round count with a damage-focused team.

Permanent Stage 27 Strategy Tips

Break Plates Efficiently

In Fierce Battle Area 27, enemies have Blunt, Shot, Ice, and Elemental Plates in the first half, and Slash and Physical Plates in the second half. Break each Plate efficiently to trigger Core Exposed, which slows enemy actions and increases the damage they take. Use your Ultimates right after to deal heavy damage.

How To Destroy Enemy Plates

Level Characters to 100

If your level is lower than the enemy’s, you’ll take increased damage, making it harder to meet the “Win with 0 incapacitated units” condition. The enemies in Fierce Battle 27 are level 100, so challenge them with characters at Lv. 100.
