The top reroll target in Kaiju No. 8 The Game is Zoee Wanderfalke, who is currently featured in the Pickup. While Zoee consumes her own HP with her skills, she is a top-tier Attacker who can boost her own damage and enhance her skills, and is also a valuable limited character, making her highly worth aiming for.
Other Strong Characters Are Hard to Get
Soshiro (New Possibilities) and Aoi Kaguragi (Fruits of Diligence) are great pulls, but Aoi is only available at a 0.105% rate exclusively in the Zoee Gacha, and Hoshina has only a 0.111% rate in the Jura/Akari/Meixing Gacha and 0.105% in the Zoee Gacha, making it extremely difficult to target him through rerolling. While they are incredibly powerful at the top tier, their weapons are also hard to obtain, making it a high hurdle to bring out their true potential, so their reroll rank is considered one tier lower.

Clear up to Chapter 0, Episode 3
After the cutscene, a battle begins. Follow the tutorial instructions to progress and clear up to Episode 0‑3.
Play the Gacha & Squad Setup Tutorial
After clearing 0‑3, the Gacha and Squad Setup tutorial starts. You will receive a 4★ Soshiro Hoshina after completing the Gacha tutorial.
Return to the Home screen
Ignore the 'Deploy' prompt and tap the top-left button on the Squad Setup screen to return Home.
Claim Tickets from Mail and Login Bonus
After returning to the Home screen, on the left side. Then return to the Home screen again, open your mail in the upper right, and tap "Claim All" to collect your rewards.
Go to Gacha and Pull
Once you've collected everything, go to the Gacha screen and perform one 10-pull on either the Zoee Pickup banner, along with pulls on THE GAME Gacha. Then use your remaining Dimensional Crystals and Pickup Gacha Tickets on your preferred Pickup banner.
To Reroll Again, Delete Your Account
If you want to continue rerolling, return to the title screen, select the menu, and choose 'Delete Account'. After tapping OK, press 'Agree and Delete' on the screen that appears to complete the account deletion.
Repeat Rerolling Until You Get Your Target
Keep rerolling until you get the character you want. When finished, be sure to Link Your Account.
