Best Pulls Are Sagan and Kikoru
The best reroll targets in Kaiju No. 8 are Kikoru (Waterside Respite) and Sagan (The Resurgent Commander), who are currently featured on the Pickup banner. Kikoru is a Support who provides powerful DMG buffs and SP recovery, while Sagan excels at supporting characters with Extra Attacks. Both are excellent limited characters that are well worth rerolling for.
Other Strong Characters Are Hard to Get
Rin Shinonome (Cross-Forged Refinement) and Aoi Kaguragi (Fruits of Diligence) are among the best characters, but their drop rates are only 0.100% in the Sagan Gacha and 0.095% in the Kikoru Gacha, making them very difficult to target through rerolling. While they are top-tier characters, their exclusive weapons are also difficult to obtain, making it harder to unlock their full potential. For that reason, they are placed one tier lower for reroll recommendations.

The best reroll targets in Kaiju No. 8 are Kikoru (Waterside Respite) and Sagan (The Resurgent Commander). Kikoru is the first Water Attribute character and provides SP Recovery along with powerful offensive buffs, while Sagan has excellent synergy with Extra Attack teams and also boosts allies' damage output. Both are valuable limited characters worth picking up.

You can safely end your reroll once you obtain either Kikoru or Sagan during their Pickup period. Kikoru is the first Water Attribute character and provides powerful DMG buffs along with SP Recovery, while Sagan boosts allies' damage output and has excellent synergy with Extra Attack teams. Both are valuable limited characters worth securing.

The most efficient reroll method in Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME is to claim tickets from the Mail and Login Bonus, pull from the Gacha right after completing the Gacha and Squad Setup tutorials, and repeat.

Clear up to Chapter 0, Episode 3
After the cutscene, a battle begins. Follow the tutorial instructions to progress and clear up to Episode 0‑3.
Play the Gacha & Squad Setup Tutorial
After clearing 0‑3, the Gacha and Squad Setup tutorial starts. You will receive a 4★ Soshiro Hoshina after completing the Gacha tutorial.
Return to the Home screen
Ignore the 'Deploy' prompt and tap the top-left button on the Squad Setup screen to return Home.
Claim Tickets from Mail and Login Bonus
After returning to the Home screen, claim 2 Pickup Gacha Ticket each from the two Special Event Login Bonus on the left side of the screen. Then return to the Home screen again, open the Mail icon in the upper-right corner, and tap "Claim All" to collect your rewards.
Go to Gacha and Pull
Once all rewards have been collected, head to the Gacha menu and perform one 10-pull on either the Kikoru or Sagan Pickup Gacha along with the THE GAME Gacha. Afterward, use your remaining Dimensional Crystals and Pickup Gacha Tickets on whichever Pickup banner you prefer.
To Reroll Again, Delete Your Account
If you want to continue rerolling, return to the title screen, select the menu, and choose 'Delete Account'. After tapping OK, press 'Agree and Delete' on the screen that appears to complete the account deletion.
Repeat Rerolling Until You Get Your Target
Keep rerolling until you get the character you want. When finished, be sure to Link Your Account.
