Kafka Hibino is a Supporter who can recover SP and increase a single ally's firepower. He is suitable for supporting characters with high SP consumption, such as Gen Narumi (Japan's Strongest Santa.
Recovers 2 SP with Care Package Buff
With his Combat Skill, he can apply a Care Package buff to a single ally, allowing them to recover 2 SP after they consume 2 SP. However, keep in mind that the Care Package state is automatically removed if the buff is applied to another ally.
Boosts an Ally's DMG and ATK
