Promotion Exam 3 Strategy and Tips
Get Characters to Level 90
If your level is lower than the enemy's during battle, you'll take more damage, making it harder to clear the stage. Since enemies are level 90, it's recommended to challenge Promotion Exam 3 with your characters at level 90.
Use Slash and Elemental Characters

The enemies in Promotion Exam 3 have Slash, Elemental, and Common Plates, so form your squad using characters of those elements. Additionally, Common Plates can be broken by attacks from all 8 elements.
Element Effects and Plate Mechanics
Efficiently Reduce Enemy Plates
Since multiple enemies appear, the fight goes more smoothly if you chip away at their Plates with multi-target attacks to trigger Core Exposed. Gen Narumi is especially effective since his multi-target attack can reduce two Plates at once, so make use of his skill if you have him.
Be Careful of Poison

Among the enemies, the "Phaneroplasmodium: Poison Subspecies" appearing in Wave 1 inflicts Poison, which deals DoT. Aim for a group Core Exposed with multi-target attacks to stop enemy movements. If survival becomes difficult, include Akari Minase in your formation and heal as needed.
Prioritize Midsized Kaiju in Wave 3
In Wave 3, both midsized and miniature Kaiju appear. The midsized Kaiju has higher durability and attack power compared to the smaller ones, so prioritize defeating the midsized one in the center.
