Among the Special Requests, the Promotion Exam is a request that will increase your Spec-Ops Rank upon completion. You can also get rewards like Dimensional Crystals and THE GAME Gacha Tickets for clearing it, so be sure to collect them.

How to Unlock Special Requests
Meet Conditions to Receive Special Requests
You can proceed with Special Requests by checking the messages that arrive when you meet various conditions, such as earning achievements or reaching a certain player rank.
Rank Up to Unlock Promotion Exams
Among the Special Requests, the Promotion Exam, which is related to increasing your Spec-Ops Rank, can be challenged by reaching the specified player rank.
How to Progress Special Requests
- Check the Special Request Message
- Tap Available Special Request
- Tap 'Deploy'
- Claim the Rewards
- Open the Special Request Message
First, check the Special Request message. You can check the message from the Special Requests tab on the message screen or from the Special Requests screen.
After checking the message, tap Available Special Request that appears.
Tap Deploy to proceed.
After completing the Special Request, tap claim to receive your rewards.
Once you receive the request's reward, a message will be displayed below the Special Request. View the message to the end to receive Dimensional Crystal x20.
