Unlock Conditions | 1. Player Rank 10 2. Clear Main Story 1-9 |
You can also recover Stamina from Expedition idle rewards. As your Spec-Ops Rank increases, the maximum amount also increases, allowing you to be idle for longer.
Expedition Guide[Recommended] Recover with Quick Claim
You can also recover Stamina using the Quick Claim feature of the Expedition rewards. It's limited to 5 times per day, but recovering up to 4 times has better Recovery efficiency than consuming Dimensional Crystals, so consider this method this first.
Times | Required Dimensional Crystals |
1st to 2nd time | 20 |
3rd to 4th time | 30 |
5th time | 50 |
Recover with Dimensional Crystals

Stamina can also be recovered by using Dimensional Crystals. It recovers 100 per use, but this method has a usage limit of 15 times per day, and the required amount gradually increases. We recommend using it up to 2 times, where the Dimensional Crystal consumption is at its lowest.
How to Farm Dimensional CrystalsAttempts | Required Dimensional Crystal |
1st-2nd Attempt | 80 |
3rd-4th Attempt | 100 |
5th-6th Attempt | 120 |
7th-9th Attempt | 200 |

Raid Battles consume Stamina once you've depleted your 3 daily entries. Be sure to prepare extra Stamina Jelly and Crystals whenever there is an announcement for upcoming raids and events that consume stamina.
Raid Battle GuideBenefits of Stamina Recovery
Collect Reinforcement Materials Faster
By recovering Stamina, you can increase the number of times you can attempt Training, allowing you to obtain more Reinforce materials. Reinforce materials tend to be scarce, especially in the early game.
Raise Your Player Rank Faster
You also get Player EXP for clearing Training, so increasing the number of attempts allows you to raise your Player Level faster. When you reach Player Level 15 and achieve Spec-Ops Rank 2, various content will be unlocked.
How to Increase Player RankFeatures Unlocked at Spec-Ops Rank 2
- Training difficulty unlocked (Stage 4)
- Character & Weapon Level Cap Break (Lvl 70)
- Uniparts unlocked
- Fierce Battle Area unlocked
- Spec-Ops Rank Pack 2 available in the Shop
Many features are unlocked at Spec-Ops Rank 2, so it's a good idea to quickly raise your Player Rank to 15 first.
