Clear Chapter 0, Episode 3
After the cutscene, a battle begins. Follow the tutorial instructions to progress and clear up to Episode 0‑3.
Play the Gacha & Squad Setup Tutorial
After clearing 0‑3, the Gacha and Squad Setup tutorial starts. You will receive a 4★ Soshiro Hoshina after completing the Gacha tutorial.
Return to the Home screen
Ignore the 'Deploy' prompt and tap the top-left button on the Squad Setup screen to return Home.
Claim Tickets from Mail and Login Bonus
Back on the Home screen, claim 1 PU (Pickup) Gacha Ticket from 'THE GAME: Initiation' on the Events, then return to Home. Next, open Mail at the top right and tap 'Collect All' to claim your rewards.
Go to Gacha and Pull
After receiving your rewards, go to the Gacha screen, and do one 10-pull on the Sagan Pickup Gacha and 25 pulls on the The Game Gacha. After that, use your remaining Dimensional Crystals and 1 Pickup Gacha Ticket to pull on the Sagan Pickup Gacha.
Reroll Tier ListTo Reroll Again, Delete Your Account
If you want to continue rerolling, return to the title screen, select the menu, and choose 'Delete Account'. After tapping OK, press 'Agree and Delete' on the screen that appears to complete the account deletion.
Repeat Rerolling Until You Get Your Target
Keep rerolling until you get the character you want. When finished, be sure to Link your account.

Stop Rerolling if You Pull Sagan
For rerolling in Kaiju No. 8, it's okay to stop as soon as you pull Sagan. Sagan is a Defender who is easy to use from the early game, and can deal damage with her counter while protecting allies. She is a character you'll want to aim for due to being a limited-time character and her versatility.

Sagan's weapon, "SH-Iuggnil," is also limited. Currently, the 5-Star Shield can only be obtained from the Sagan Gacha, so aim to pull it. Try rerolling or use the Dimensional Crystals you collect after starting the game.

You can also stop rerolling when you get 5★ Reno. Reno is a top-tier Attacker who can inflict Freeze and recover SP. He is not available from (Standard) THE GAME Gacha, so opportunities to obtain him are limited.

Pulling AR-Boreas is Optional
Boreas also has a 1% drop rate, but you should aim for Reno. Weapons can be obtained elsewhere and can be substituted, so prioritize pulling characters.
Stop Rerolling if You Pull No. 8 & Narumi
If you obtain both Kaiju No. 8 and Gen Narumi, you can stop rerolling. While rerolling for standard characters is usually unnecessary, getting these two top-tier units together is a good stopping point.
Use the 5-Star Exchange After Rerolling
After using your initial Gacha Tickets and finishing rerolls, use the 5-Star selection exchange. Pick a character for a role you are missing in your roster.

Use the 5-Star exchange to get characters you haven't acquired yet. Focus on increasing the number of characters you have in the early game.
