In Stage 12, enemies are level 75, so it’s recommended to challenge them with your characters at Lv. 75 to maximize damage output.

The enemies in Stage 12's first half have Blunt and Physical Plates. Kikoru Shinomiya (The Inherited Will) is highly suitable, so include her in your team if available.
Execute Miniature Kaiju with Kaiju No. 8
If you have Kaiju No. 8 on your team, you can instantly defeat the miniature-sized Kaiju in Wave 1 with his Combat Skill once their HP drops below 50%. A skull icon will appear when an instant defeat is possible, so check for it if you're unsure.
Pay Attention to Survivability
The boss, Tolypeutes Honju, lowers your team's durability with DEF debuffs and uses Blast and AoE Attacks, so be cautious. One of the star conditions requires 0 incapacitated units, so if you struggle with survivability, add a Defender to help protect your allies.
Focus Attacks on the Boss
Destroying the boss’s Waterdrops prevents it from using its Blast Attack, so using multi-hit attacks to break them is one strategy. However, since the Waterdrops regenerate and you need to finish quickly to earn all stars, it’s generally better to focus your attacks directly on the boss.

You can clear the stage by defeating the central boss, Cryptobranch. To earn all stars, you need to minimize the number of rounds, so focus your attacks on the boss to finish quickly.
Defeat Waterdrops with Fire Attacks
The Waterdrops summoned on both sides by the boss can be destroyed with Fire attacks. Sagan is highly suitable for this, as she has the Fire Element and can use Taunt and Counter effectively.
Star Objectives Can Be Completed Separately
You don't need to meet "0 incapacitated units" and "within the specified rounds" simultaneously. You can clear safely first with a defensive formation, then aim to reduce rounds with a damage-focused formation.
