Pull if You Want a Blunt AoE Attacker

Isao Shinomiya (Prime Fist) is a Blunt-type Attacker with AoE attacks. At max Valor buff stacks, he deals additional Blunt damage. He can also grant himself various buffs, such as Critical Hit Rate increases, making him a strong option for players seeking a Blunt AoE damage dealer.
If you already have, or plan to pull, Kikoru Shinomiya (The Inherited Will), note that she is generally a stronger Blunt-type Attacker. However, her attacks are focused on Blast damage, while Isao specializes in AoE damage, so their playstyles differ.
Isao Shinomiya (Prime Fist) Guide
You'll Also Want Fs-Baldr for Isao (Prime Fist)

Currently, Fs-Baldr is only available in the Isao Shinomiya Pickup Gacha, making it an ideal weapon to obtain alongside him. While it slightly limits your Gauntlet weapon options, it’s still possible to use alternatives, so its priority is somewhat lower.
Isao (Prime Fist) Evaluation
Excels on Stages with Many Enemies
Isao Shinomiya is a Blunt Attacker with an AoE Attack. He also increases his DMG dealt by +5% for each Kaiju on the field, making him highly effective on stages with multiple enemies.
Deals Additional Blunt Damage at Max Valor
Valor buffs can stack up to 5 times. He gains 1 stack each time he attacks a Kaiju and at the start of his turn. At max stacks, he deals additional Blunt damage after activating his Combat Skill or Ultimate and increases his CRIT Rate by consuming all Valor stacks.
Can Boost His Own Damage Output
Aside from the CRIT Rate UP mentioned above, if he has 3 or more Valor stacks, his CRIT DMG is increased. He can also boost his DMG dealt based on the number of Kaiju and further enhance his additional Blunt DMG multiplier with his Ultimate, allowing him to ramp up his damage even more.
