Stalker's Mercy is shown with the perk Wild Frenzy but that was changed in a recent update to Assassin's Frenzy. You have to wonder if the rest of these builds are still relevant and correct.

The high DPS build mentions the Iceborne cell. No such cell exists.

I'm extremely curious why in your "beginner/early game" build, the gear bound perks are at +3 which happens at rank 11...
