Whats the range on c4 how far can you walk away from it and can still explode it

I play on PS4. “Double tap Square” Is how to detonate the first C4. R1 is how to throw the C4 and also detonate the second C4.

If I have a Stack of 2 c4. Can I only use/detonate 1? And if so how do I do that? Thanks

to the guy above, press the same key you used to throw it (g or middle mouse by default) OR double tap the "use" key default F
