Reno applies Ice Crystal to enemies with his Combat Skill and Passive Skill. When an ally hits a Kaiju in Ice Crystal state, it triggers additional damage, making him a great source of damage by maintaining and spreading the Ice Crystal effect.
Delay Enemy Turns by Inflicting Freeze
Reno's Ultimate can inflict Freeze on enemies. Freeze delays the enemy's next Action Order, which can be useful for extending the Core Exposed state on Kaijus or delaying attacks.
SP Recovery After Combat Skills
Reno's Level 40 Passive gives a 50% chance to recover SP after using a Combat Skill. The more SP you can have, the more Combat Skills the entire party can use, making him a great pull since SP recovery can contribute greatly to battles.
