The recommended banner to pull on is Amplify Distress Signal: Yuki. Yuki is an Attacker who uses Inspiration and has many AoE attacks, making her a highly versatile Combatant.
Yuki Rating and Recommended BuildWhich Banner Should You Pull?
Prioritize Limited-Time Gachas

Limited-time banners feature increased drop rates for certain characters and a guarantee of getting one after 140 pulls. These characters become harder to obtain once their banner ends, so we recommend pulling for them during their limited-time availability.
Obtainable After Gacha Ends
In CZN, Combatants (excluding collaboration and seasonal characters) will be added to the permanent Rescue pool after their featured banner ends. Although their pull rates will be lower, they won't become completely unobtainable.
Use Rescue Anchors on Special Rescue Requests

The Special Rescue Request is a discounted gacha that allows you to perform a 10-pull for the cost of 8 Rescue Anchors. You are guaranteed to get a 5-star Combatant within 50 pulls. While it's not worth spending Crystals on this banner, we recommend prioritizing your Rescue Anchors on this banner.
Prioritize Combatants Over Partners
In CZN, Combatants play a more crucial role than Partners, so pulling for Partners is a lower priority. You should focus on using your Crystals and Signal Amplification Anchors on Combatant gachas.
Gacha Pity System
Guaranteed 5-star at 70 Pulls

In CZN, you are guaranteed to pull a 5-star Combatant (or a 5-star Partner on a Partner banner) on your 70th pull. For limited-time banners, this pull count carries over even after the banner changes.
Featured Character Guaranteed at 140 Pulls
On limited-time banners, your 70th pull is guaranteed to be a 5-star, with a 50% chance of it being the featured character. If you don't get the featured character on that pull, your next 5-star pull is guaranteed to be the featured character.
5-star Drop Rate Increases as You Approach Pity
From the 58th pull onwards, the 5-star drop rate increases by 4.5% with each pull, reaching 50.5% on the 69th pull. The hard pity is at 70 pulls, but the expected value suggests you will likely get a 5-star character before hitting the 70-pull limit.
Unlock Conditions
Available After Clearing Chapter 1, Mission 3

While the Rescue (gacha) menu appears after clearing Chapter 1, Mission 1, you won't be able to pull from any banners until you complete Chapter 1, Mission 3, which unlocks the Lobby.
