Orlea - Pros and Cons
Effective Just by Retaining
Orlea's Creation Cards take effect when retained. In particular, since Toughie activates Heal when retained, you can heal every turn just by keeping it in your hand.
Easy to Increase Hand Size
Since Orlea generates Creation Cards with Retain, it's easy to increase your hand size. This makes her a good match for characters with effects that depend on hand size, like Rin.
Jack-of-All-Trades, Master of None
Orlea's retain effect is excellent, but the effect is modest in return. As both an attacker and a healer, her performance is a bit too unreliable to depend on completely.
Cards Return to the Deck on Breakdown
Even if you keep Creation Cards in your hand, they will return to the deck if Orlea has a Mental Breakdown. Try to avoid accumulating stress during combat.
