Boss Information
Bercula

| Weakness | Instinct |
|---|---|
| Features | - Gains Recklessness when other monsters are defeated - Applies Target Focus to itself |
Bercula defeats allied monsters to gain buffs, and also makes itself the only targetable enemy. Use AoE Attacks to defeat the surrounding enemies so the boss isn't upgraded.
Formica

| Weakness | Instinct |
|---|---|
| Features | - Summons Kurte and Armored Kurte - Summons Shell Bugs, Flying Shell Bugs, and Rock Shell Bugs when its HP is low - Uses a powerful Attack when summoned monsters are present |
Formica summons enemies and uses a powerful Attack when they are present. Like in the Bercula fight, characters with AoE Attacks are highly effective.
Recommended Party
Khalipe Attacker Comp
This team is built around Khalipe, who excels at AoE Attacks, for boss battles. Paired with Amir, who can apply Celestial with Epiphany, Mika helps manage the high Cost.
Replacement Candidates
| Character | Features |
|---|---|
Haru | - Replacement candidate for Amir - An Attacker who can deal high damage - Has many 2-cost Cards, which synergizes well with Khalipe |
Orlea | - Replacement candidate for Amir and Mika - An Instinct Support - Can also contribute to damage |
Cassius | - Replacement candidate for Amir - An Instinct Support - Has plenty of draw Cards |
Most enemies that appear in Twin Star's Shadow are weak to Instinct. By forming a team with Instinct characters, you can fight at an advantage.

When challenging an Elite, the ideal route is one that leads to a Rest Area immediately after. If you are low on HP or Stress, don't push yourself, and consider a strategy that avoids Combat Areas and Elite Combat Areas.
Strengthen Cards Through Combat in the Early Stages

Immediately after entering Chaos, you only have your Starting Cards, so you cannot perform powerful actions. Repeatedly engage in combat during the relatively easier early stages and aim for an Epiphany.
Acquire Equipment Before the Boss Battle

Combatants are strengthened by acquiring equipment. This also contributes to the strength of the created Save Data, so aim to acquire equipment before the boss battle.
Guaranteed Acquisition from Elite Battles
In battles with Elites that occur in the purple areas, you are guaranteed to obtain equipment upon victory. Powerful enemies await, but if you have the strength, you should try to fight them.
Prioritize AoE Attacks
It is important to defeat the minions for both bosses in the Blue Pot. When building your party or acquiring common Cards, prioritizing AoE Attacks will make the boss battles easier.
Elite Enemy List
List of Elites and their Features
| Enemy | Features |
|---|---|
Albitum | - Gains Morale when an ally dies - When it takes an Attack, its flock flight decreases - When it is fully depleted, it is stunned for 1 turn |

Flying Shell Bug | - Deals damage and applies Impair |
Shell Bug | - Deals damage and applies Vulnerable |
Soldier Prime | - Gains Morale based on the number of enemies |
Abyssal Bug | - Each time it receives an Attack, it transfers a portion of the damage to other bugs |
The monsters listed above appear in the Elite Enemy area. Many of them have skills that activate when there are multiple enemies, so be sure to understand their skills.
