Owen - Pros and Cons
Can inflict debuffs on opponents
Owen can inflict a debuff on enemies with "Break Armor". This can increase the damage an enemy takes by 50%, so by combining him with high single-target damage characters, you can efficiently deal damage.
Well-balanced performance
