There are various facilities in Chaos Zero Nightmare's Ark City, and by utilizing them, you can progress through the game efficiently.

Policy Office

The Policy Office generates Policies for Ark City over time. Completing them grants Policy Points, a currency that can be redeemed for items at Nono's Shop.

Pay Attention to Project Information Too

In addition to standard tasks, the Policy Office runs timed initiatives such as disaster response. Advancing these Policies within the deadline will grant rewards based on your current your Grade.

Starshine Diner

At Starshine Diner, you can purchase food which will grant bonus attributes for combatants.

Garden Cafe

At the Garden Cafe, you can order one drink per day, which you can use for recharging Aether. You can choose to either instantly recover 80 Aether, or get an Aether Empty Powder in exchange for 60 Aether.

Epione Center

Epione Center is where you'll get access to Psychotherapy and Trauma Code used to cure combatants.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy allows you to treat Combatants suffering from Deep Trauma. Entering Chaos with untreated Trauma leads to penalties, so it's best to heal them in advance.

Trauma Code

You can also play Trauma Code at the Epione Center. Additionally, by using the Special Security Code sold at Nono's Shop, you can unlock Trauma Codes outside of their event period.

Nono's Shop

At Nono's Shop, you can exchange Policy Points for Research Notes, Security Codes, Policy Reports, and other items. You can also exchange Policy Points for Units.

Research Facility

At the Research Facility, you can use Research Notes purchased from Nono’s Shop to get upgrades from increasing the maximum number of policies, Aether storage, and other districts.

How to Unlock Ark City

Unlocked by Completing Chapter 2 #01-2

Ark City is unlocked by completing Chapter 2 #01-2 [Ark City]. You need to raise your Captain Level to 10 and beat the first Promotion Mission.
