Great Synergy with Some Characters
It has an effect that ignores 40% of the enemy's DEF when their HP percentage is higher than your own. This is a fantastic Weapon for characters like Tristan and Alexei who can reduce their own HP, or characters who have the [Resolve] effect and are frequently attacked.
Effect Can Be Redundant
