Augment LCK Passive Skill & Skill Shard Are Required
This gold farming method requires the Augment LCK Passive Skill which is obtained from the Deathtrap enemy. It is recommended to upgrade it to its max rank 9 to get the most gold per run, and to be able to get the Augment LCK Skill Shard.

When you level this up to max, it becomes a Skill Shard you can toggle on or off. Equipping the Augment LCK Passive Skill and turning on Augment LCK Skill Shard at the same time greatly enhances the effect!
Deep Sinker Skill Shard Required
This farming method requires access to submerged rooms in the Underground Passage Waterway, thus requiring the Deep Sinker skill shard. This shard is found in the Hidden Desert at the floor above where you fight Alfred.

As with other item farming methods, equip as many items as you can to boost your luck stat and get it as high as possible. You can also borrow luck boosting tomes from OD to improve the stat.
Equip High Damage Weapons
High damage weapons will make this farm so much faster as it requires you to defeat Glashtyn enemies. At end game, they should be easier to kill, but bring your best weapons nonetheless to speed up the farm.

This Method Will Farm for Ayamur Weapon
Gold is a very rare item which requires 50 Mercury and 10 Dark Matter to craft, and is a random item found from blue chests. However, Gold can also be obtained by dismantling Ayamur weapons dropped by Glashtyn enemies, which will be target for this method.
Head To Forbidden Underground Waterway
Fast travel to the Forbidden Underground Waterway. This farming spot is very near a fast travel spot, so it should be easy to locate and access anytime.
Defeat Glashtyn At The Bottom Of Large Room
Sink to the bottom of the large room and defeat the Glashtyn for a chance to drop the Ayamur.
Head To The Room To The Left for Another Glashtyn
The room towards the left of the large room has another Glashtyn nearby which may give a chance to drop the Ayamur. Repeat the process by reentering the large room.
Head Back To Arvantville To Dismantle Ayamur
Once you have enough Ayamur, go to Johannes at Arvantville to dismantle them. Dismantling each Ayamur requires 10 Alkahest, which is quite costly, this is why this is best used in conjunction with the gold / money farm.

Once you have at least 1 Gold on hand, you can dismantle it and end up with the crafting materials needed for Gold. Craft the Gold using these materials, so it can then be bought from the store.
What Is Gold Used For?
Used To Craft Mid-High Level Weapons
Certain mid-high level weapons require Gold to be crafted, including the Betelgeuse, which is a requirement to craft the Adrasteia, one of the most powerful weapons in the game.
Used For Crafting & Upgrading Powerful Passive Shards
The passive shards Augment Gold and Money Is Power require the Gold material for them to be crafted and upgraded. These are some of the best end-game passive shards you can obtain and shouldn't be missed.
