| 1 | After defeating Orobas, you'll receive the Invert Shard, allowing you to invert the map in the game |
| 2 | Head to the right room then invert to get to the top part of the room. |
| 3 | Go to the middle left room to find a blue chest then exit to the top right room |
| 4 | Keep going right then invert to get to the green chest with the Lohengrin |
| 5 | Invert again to go to the bottom, head left to find a blue chest then exit to the right room |
| 6 | Go upward and break the bottom right wall to find a wooden chest with an Egg Souffle |
| 7 | Head back to the vertical room and then invert to reach the door that leads to the Underground Waterway |
| 8 | Navigate towards the Underground Waterway fast travel point then warp towards the Towers of Twin Dragons |
1. Defeating Orobas Will Give You Invert Shard
When you defeat Orobas, you'll receive the Invert Shard. This allows you to turn the map upside down, letting you explore places that were blocked for you before due to their height.
2~8. Inferno Cave To Fast Travel Point Map
You need to navigate around the Inferno Cave to get to the Forbidden Underground Waterway fast travel point. Use your newly-acquired Invert skill to make your way through the map.
Twin Towers ~ Oriental Sorcery Lab
Inferno Cave ~ vs. Orobas Walkthrough Chart

| 1 | Navigate your way and exit to where you fought Valac |
| 2 | Head right then invert to go down the crack - invert again to open the green chest with the Valkyrie Dress |
| 3 | Drop down and head all the way down to the ground floor of the Tower |
| 4 | Head left until you reach the doorway - don't go through it |
| 5 | Invert at this spot and drop down the ledge until you spot a green chest - invert again to retrieve the Aegis Plate |
| 6 | After getting the Aegis Plate, head back to the warp point and fast travel to the Entrance |
| 7 | Head to the main entrance of the Castle then invert to reach the very top |
| 8 | Invert & keep going upward - use your Craftwork skill to move the Iron Maiden |
| 9 | Equip your Aegis Plate to avoid getting damaged by the spike traps |
| 10 | When you reach the next set of spikes, move the Iron Maiden again & invert to reach the top area |
| 11 | Head to the room on the left to open a green chest with a Crow Hat |
| 12 | Leave and exit to the right room, keep going til you reach the Oriental Sorcery Lab |
2. Inverted Location: First Crack For Valkyrie Dress
When you exit to climb down the Tower, invert under the first crack you see up above you. Invert again to find the green chest which contains the Valkyrie Dress.
5. Inverted Location: Left Side Of Tower For Aegis Plate
When you reach the ground floor of the Tower, head left until you find a doorway. Don't go through the doorway and invert in between the ledge & doorway to get to the area where the Aegis Plate is.
Beware Of Spikes Near Chest
Be careful of dropping down to where the green chest is as it will have a layer of spikes on top of it. Be sure to carefully maneuver yourself so you won't get hurt by the spikes.
Aegis Plate Can Help Get Past Spikes
When you get the Aegis Plate, simply equip it to protect yourself from any environmental damage such as those from Spikes or the Iron Maiden. This will help you get to other places that are filled with damaging traps.
7. Inverted Location: Main Entrance Of Castle
After getting the Aegis Plate, head to the Entrance fast travel point and navigate your way to the main entrance. Invert here to find your path towards the Oriental Sorcery Lab.
8. Use Craftwork Shard To Move Iron Maiden
When an Iron Maiden blocks your path, use your Craftwork Shard to close and move it away from you. This will open up your path and keep it from damaging you.
9. How To Get Past Spikes: Aegis Plate
To get through the spikes in this area, it's best to equip the Aegis Plate. This piece of armor protects you from environmental damage from traps, etc.
Oriental Sorcery Lab ~ vs. Zangetsu (2nd)
Oriental Sorcery Lab ~ vs. Zangetsu (2nd) Walkthrough Chart

| 1 | Head south until you reach a wide horizontal room |
| 2 | Go to the lower left to find a red chest with 2000G then head right, upward, then exit to the left room with red portals |
| 3 | Keep heading left, through the red portals, until you reach the middle portal platform |
| 4 | Ignore the portals first then head into the left room to open a green chest with a Ramen recipe book |
| 5 | Head back to the portals and go into the 3rd portal from the left, from its right side to get to the upper portal platform |
| 6 | Invert and head down the portal on the left to get to the next area |
| 7 | In the next room, keep going left until you reach the Oriental Sorcery Lab fast travel point |
| 8 | Exit and retrieve 2000G from the red chest |
| 9 | Invert and drop down through the floors to get to the room on the upper right - there's a green chest with the Hair Apparent VIII inside it |
| 10 | Leave the room and go west into the next area |
| 11 | Go up the & into the middle right room |
| 12 | Keep heading right then upwards again |
| 13 | Exit toward the left room and keep heading left until you reach a vertical room |
| 14 | Go up and to the upper right room to find a Save Point |
| 15 | Exit the Save Point & go to the left room to fight Zangetsu a 2nd time |
5. Go Into 3rd Portal On Its Right Side
To get to the next area, go through the 3rd portal from the left, from its right side.
6. Invert & Jump Down Platform On Left Side
To head to the next area, invert your map and head towards your left. Drop down the portal on the ground to the left to get to the next room.
9. Invert & Drop Down Through Floors
In this room, make sure to drop through floors and invert the map to make your way around it. This will be crucial in finding your way to the next area.
13. Focus On Shadows In Room With Sliding Doors
In the room with the sliding doors, you will be visually impaired. Focus on the shadows on the sliding doors to know where you and your enemies are.
vs. Zangetsu (2nd) Boss Fight Tips
Has Similar Moves To 1st Fight But With Added Elements
The 2nd time you fight Zangetsu, he'll have similar moves but will have 4 phases, adding elements to each one.
Check Out The 1st Fight With Zangetsu!Each Phase Has Longer Reach & Larger Hit Box
As Zangetsu move through each phase, he will hit harder and have longer reach. He'll also have a larger hit box, making it harder for you to land hits on him.
Inflicts Elements When Hit By Chain
If Zangetsu catches you with his chain, it'll hit you with an elemental attack, inflicting you with damage. It's best to dodge or jump away when he throws his chain towards you.
Zangetsu Lightning Attack Phase
Jump Slam Has Vertical Streaks
When Zangetsu jumps and slams towards the ground when his sword is imbued with lightning, it's best to dodge away. Vertical streaks of lightning will shoot out from where his sword makes an impact.
Summons Lighting Strikes With Kunai
When Zangetsu throws a kunai in your direction in this phase, he'll summon several vertical lightning strikes. Move forward towards him or away to avoid getting hit.
Zangetsu Ice Attack Phase
Jump Slam Has Horizontal Ice Shards
When Zangetsu is in his ice phase and does his jump slam attack, his sword will break the ground and spread ice horizontally towards where he faces. Jump over him and attack from behind for free hits.
