To start this quest line, you need to talk the grandmother named Susie in Arvantville. You can find her in the same area as Dominique's shop - to the left of the shop & to the right of the photograph book.
Bring 21 Cooked Food To Complete Her Quests
To get the Recycle Hat from Susie, you'll need to bring her 21 pieces of different cooked food. These items can be prepared by Johannes in his workshop, so long as you have the proper ingredients.
