What Happens When You Die?

You Lose All Items & Money

Asking For Rescue

When you faint inside a dungeon for losing all HP and team members, completed missions are considered failed, and all items & money carried are lost. This can be remedied by asking for a rescue from either your own team or from friends using the online service.

Call For A Rescue

Rescuing Your Own Team

Rescuing Your Own Team

You can rescue your own team by designating a second team to go out and find them. The first team can be located at the spot where they fainted. Be careful though as losing the second team too will cause all of the items and money of both teams to be lost forever. The second team cannot do any jobs while they are in the dungeon.

Ask For Help Online

Asking for help

You can also ask for help online. These requests are time limited and the player can offer a reward to compensate players that will help. Note that you need to be subscribed to Nintendo Switch Online to be able to use the online features of this game.

Choose To Lose Everything

You can also opt to just leave the first team if the risk is too high for your second team or if the rescue is not worth it. All fainted Pokemon will return the next day without any of the items or money that they carried inside the dungeon.

Tips About Fainting Inside Dungeons

Bring An Escape Orb

When the going gets tough, pull out an Escape Orb and get out of the dungeon with your hard-earned items and money. Remember to always carry at least one Escape Orb for emergency.

Bring Food & Revive Items

Bring food and revive items

Foods like Apples help alleviate hunger while revive items can keep your team going until the end of a dungeon. Note that reviving a Pokemon also restores their PP.

Keep A Second Team Ready

Second Team

Try to balance out the levels of you main Pokemon and prepare to have a second team ready in case the first one fails. Prepare 2 teams by having another one with levels similar or near your main team.
