1. Fury Swipes

Fury Swipes is a highly recommended move due to its speed & overall damage. Link it with another attack or with a buff to further increase the damage.

2. Discharge

An AOE attack that can even cause paralysis, Discharge is powerful in almost all dungeons. Since it can hit multiple enemies, it's possible to paralyze more than 1 of them at a time.

3. Rollout

Similar to Fury Swipes, Rollout can hit multiple times in a single use. The more it procs in a row, the stronger its damage will be.

4. Dragon Dance

Using Dragon Dance will buff both the speed and attack of your Pokemon. Link this with an attack to constantly have the buff applied.

5. Ice Beam / Flamethrower

Both these moves are strong & can hit enemies from a distance. Both will allow you to sniper enemies before they can even get to melee distance.

AgilityIt boosts the Travel Speed of you and your teammates in the same room.
Air Cutter It damages an enemy. It has a high critical-hit rate.
Air Slash It damages an enemy. It could also cause the enemy to Flinch.
Ally Switch It switches the positions of you and your teammate.
AmnesiaIt sharply boosts your Sp.Def. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
Ancient Power It damages and enemy. It could also boost your Attack, Defense, Sp.Atk, Sp.Def. and Travel Speed. The stats return to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
Aqua Jet It damages an enemy. It reaches up to 2 tiles away.
Aqua RingYou'll get the Aqua Ring condition, which keeps restoring your HP.
Aqua Tail It damages an enemy.
Arm ThrustIt damages an enemy 2 to 5 times in a row.
AromatherapyIf you and your teammates in the same room have any bad statuses, all the bad statuses will be removed.
AssistIt causes you to unleash a random move from all the moves known by your teammates on the floor. Some moves can't be used in this way!
AssuranceIt damages an enemy. It will cause more damage if the enemy's HP is down to half or lower.
Astonish It damages an enemy. It could also cause the enemy to Flinch.
Attract It makes an enemy Infatuated, which makes the enemy's moves more likely to fail.
Aura Sphere It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It never misses.
Aurora Beam It damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also sharply lower the target's Attack.
Aurora VeilIt gives you and your teammates in the same room the Aurora Veil condition, reducing damage taken from moves. This move fails when the weather is not Hail.
Autotomize It sharply boosts your Travel Speed, and you'll get the Autotomize condition, making your whole body feel lighter.
Avalanche You'll get the Bide status for a little while, and then you'll damage an enemy. The more damage you take while biding, the greater the damage you can cause.
Baby-Doll Eyes It lowers the enemy's Attack. It reaches up to 2 tiles away.
BarrageIt damages an enemy by throwing a round object in an arc. It damages the enemy 2 to 5 times.
BarrierIt sharply boosts your Defense. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
Baton Pass After switching your position with your teammate's, it boosts your teammate's Attack, Defense, Sp.Atk, Sp.Def, accuracy or evasiveness. The stat returns to normal when the Pokemon goes to the next floor or steps on a Wonder Tile.
Beat Up It warps all your teammates close to the targeted enemy.
BelchIt damages an enemy. It will fail if your Belly is close to empty, so be careful.
Belly Drum It makes your Belly emptier, but it boosts your Attack to the max! The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
BestowYou give your held item to the Pokemon in front of you. If the Pokemon is already holding and item, you can't give your item to the Pokemon, so be careful!
BideYou'll get the Bide status for a little while, and then you'll damage an enemy. The more damage you take from enemy Pokemon while biding, the greater the damage you can cause.

CamouflageIt changes you type depending on the scenery of the floor. You'll regain your usual type when you go to the next floor.
CaptivateIt sharply lowers the enemy's Sp. Atk.

GrudgeYou'll halve your HP and hold a Grudge! If you're hit by an enemy's move, you'll cut the PP of the attacker's move to 0. The status will go away after a while.
Guard SplitIt adds together the Defense of you and the target, and then it splits the total equally. It also splits the total SP. Def equally. The stats return to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
Guard SwapIt switches any changes to your Defense and Sp. Def with the target's. The stats return to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
GuillotineThe enemy will faint if this attack hits, but it's hard to land this move. It has no effect on Ghost-type Pokemon.

Sucker PunchIt damages an enemy. It reaches up to 2 tiles away.
Sunny DayIt changes the floor's weather to Sunny. The power of Fire-type moves goes up, and the power of Water-type moves goes down.
Super FangIt damages an enemy by halving its existing HP.
SuperpowerIt unleashes awesome power, damaging an enemy but also lowering your Attack and Defense due to fatigue. The stats return to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
SupersonicIt makes an enemy Confused.
SurfIt damages all Pokemon in the same room except you. It can hit a Pokemon with the Dive status.
SwaggerIt makes an enemy Confused, but it also sharply raises the enemy's Attack.
SwallowOnly the power stored using the move Stockpile is absorbed by the user to heal its HP. Storing more power heals more HP.
Sweet KissIt makes an enemy Confused.
Sweet ScentIt gives off a sweet scent that lowers the evasiveness of all enemies in the same room. It could also make enemies' Bellies emptier.
SwiftIt damages an enemy. It never misses.
SwitcherooIt swaps your held item with a target's held item. The move succeeds even if either you or the target doesn't have an item.
Swords DanceIt sharply boosts your Attack. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
SynchronoiseIt damages nearby enemies. But it won't be effective unless you and the enemy share at least one type. Enemies that you don't share a type with won't be damaged.
SynthesisIt restores your HP. During Sunny weather or in Extremely Harsh Sunlight, it restores your HP even more. During Rain, Heavy Rain, Hail, or a Sandstorm, the amount regained goes down.
TackleIt damages an enemy.
Tail GlowIt sharply boosts your Sp. Atk. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
Tail WhipIt lowers the enemy's Defense.
TailwindIt boosts Travel Speed for you and your teammates in the same room.
Take DownIt damages an enemy-but you'll receive recoil damage, too.
TauntIt makes an enemy Taunted. The taunted Pokemon can't use status moves. The Pokemon can use attack moves, however.
Tearful LookIt lowers the enemy's Attack and Sp. Atk.
Teeter DanceIt makes all Pokemon in the same room Confused except for you.
TelekinesisIt gives the Telekinesis condition to the Pokemon in front of you. In the Telekinesis condition, the Pokemon can't move and its evasiveness goes down, but it won't take damage from Ground-type moves.
TeleportIt warps you to somewhere else on the floor.
ThiefIt damages an enemy. You'll also steal an item that the enemy has. If you can't carry any more items, your attempt to steal will fail.
ThrashIt damages an enemy 2 to 3 times in a row. After that, you'll get Confused.
Throat ChopIt damages an enemy and gives them the Throat Chop condition.
ThunderIt can hit an enemy that's in the air from using a move such as Fly. It could also cause Paralysis. During Rain or Heavy Rain, it never misses. But during Sunny weather or in Extremely Harsh Sunlight. it's hard to land this move.
Thunder FangIt damages an enemy. It could also cause Paralysis or make the enemy Flinch.
Thunder PunchIt damages an enemy. It could also cause Paralysis.
Thunder ShockIt damages an enemy. It could also cause Paralysis.
Thunder WaveIt inflicts Paralysis on an enemy.
ThunderboltIt damages nearby enemies. It could also cause Paralysis.
TickleIt tickles an enemy, making them giggle and lowering their Attack and Defense.
TormentIt has the move the enemy last used Sealed, which prevents the Pokemon from using it. The seal will be removed when the Pokemon goes to the next floor.
ToxicIt makes an enemy Badly Poisoned. It never misses if used by Poison-type Pokemon. It will even hit a Pokemon that's used Dig, Fly, or the like.
Toxic SpikesIt turns your tile into Toxic Spikes, which damage enemies that step on the Toxic Spikes, leaving them Poisoned.
Toxic ThreadIt makes a faraway Pokemon Poisoned and reduces their Travel Speed.
TransformIt makes your appearance the same as a target's Pokemon. Your moves and types will also change to those of the target Pokemon. If an enemy uses this move, your teammates may become Confused, so be careful! The stat change returns to normal when you go to the next floor.
Tri AttackIt damages an enemy. It could also cause Paralysis, cause a Burn, or make the enemy Frozen.
TrickIt swaps your held item with a target's held item. The move succeeds even if either you or the target doesn't have an item.
Trick RoomIt changes the floor to the Trick Room condition. Travel Speed will be reversed.
Triple KickIt damages the enemy 3 times in a row.
Trump CardIt damages an enemy. It never misses. The lower the PP of the move, the greater the damage it causes.
TwineedleIt damages a Pokemon, even one far away, 2 times in a row. It could also make the enemy Poisoned.

Water PledgeIt damages an enemy. If your teammate is in a position from which it can use Fire Pledge, the PP of Fire Pledge will be used, but its power increases, and your teammates in the same room as you will get the Rainbow condition.
Water PulseIt damages a Pokemon, even one far away. It could also make the enemy Confused.
Water SportIt changes the entire floor to the Water Sport condition. Damage cause by Fire-type moves goes down.
Water SpoutIt damages nearby enemies. The less HP you have, the less powerful this attack will be.
WaterfallIt damages an enemy. It could also make the enemy Flinch.
Weather BallIt damages a Pokemon, even one far away. The move's type varies, depending on the weather. The power goes up in any weather condition other than Clear.
WhirlpoolIt damages an enemy. It could also cause the Whirlpool condition. It can hit a Pokemon in the Dive state.
WhirlwindIt blows an enemy away in a straight line. If the enemy crashes into any Pokemon or a wall, both Pokemon take damage.
Wide GuardYou and your teammates in the same room will get the Wide Guard condition, which protects you from wide-ranging moves.
Wild ChargeIt damages an enemy, but you'll receive recoil damage, too.
Will-O-WispIt leaves an enemy with a Burn.
Wing AttackIt damages an enemy.
WishYou'll make a Wish! When your Wish comes true on the next turn, your HP and your nearby teammates' HP will be restored.

Wonder RoomIt changes the floor to the Wonder Room condition. Defense and Sp. Def will be swapped. The status returns to normal after a while or after you use this move again.

Each Pokemon inherently have access to 4 moves each. These moves are used as their means of attack, heal or support, and each have a distinct use and types.

Moves Are More Powerful When Type Matches

Pokemon's moves become much more powerful when the moves' type and the user's type matches. This also works the other way around, when you use a move that counters the target Pokemon's type, the effect can prove super effective!
