Exploring The Town - Walkthrough & Tips
Shopping & Getting Jobs
| No. | Procedure |
|---|---|
| 1 | Go outside and check the mailbox |
| 2 | Proceed to Pokemon Square with your partner |
| 3 | After the tour, head east to go to the Pelipper Post Office |
| 4 | Select jobs that you wish to undertake. Note that you can take multiple jobs at the same time |
| 5 | You can use this time to freely explore the town or you can head back to base to do the missions |
| 6 | End the day by finishing the job |
| 7 | After finishing the cutscene with Diglett, head over to the Pelipper Post Office to get new jobs |
| 8 | Complete the jobs to progress to the next story mission |

2~3: Exploring the Pokemon Square
Pokemon Square is a town where you can stock up on much needed items and learn moves. The place is also home to the Pelipper Post Office where you can get new quests.

4~7: Selecting Jobs
You can choose from a number of rescue missions via the bulletin board located next to the Pelipper Post Office. You can get multiple missions at the same time. Also, it is highly recommended that you get multiple missions for a single dungeon so that you can do all of them in one go.
7: Using Diglett's Tunnel
After the cutscene, Diglett will leave a tunnel that you can use. Jumping into this tunnel will immediately teleport you in front of the Pelipper Post Office. Use this if you want to check the Bulletin Board without going through the town.

Bring Grass Or Ground Pokemon
Mt. Steel is populated by mostly Steel and Psychic Pokemon. Bring Grass or Ground-type Pokemon to capitalize on their weakness and to easily ascend this dungeon.

2~3. Climbing Mt. Steel
Use The Training Switches
There are Training Switches scattered around Mt. Steel. Use them to boost the growth and power of your moves so you can easily defeat enemy Pokemon!

Take your time as you ascend Mt. Steel by defeating most of the Pokemon that you encounter. Defeat them to earn EXP to prepare you for the upcoming boss fight!
