Getting Magnemite Into The Team

No.Procedure
1Exit your house and head over to Wigglytuff's Camp Corner in Pokemon Square
2Once you have finished getting Magnemite, you can go to the Pelipper Post Office to get some quests
3Proceed to the town square to trigger a cutscene
4Exit your house to trigger a cutscene and get 3 Rainbow Gummis
5Head west from your base to access the Rescue Team Camp List
6Complete a job to progress the day
7Complete another job to trigger a story event
8Exit your house to meet the Team Meanies and get the Wigglytuff Orb
9Complete another job to progress the day to trigger another story cutscene

4: Increase Stats Using Rainbow Gummis

Rainbow Gummis

After you exit your house, a Pelipper will arrive to deliver mail. Inside are 3 Rainbow Gummis that you can use to get rare qualities and permanent stats! You can use them by heading west of your base to prop up the Camp List.

6~9: Completing Jobs To Progress

Requests for the Bulletin Board

Same with the previous missions, you need to advance for a few days to progress the story. This time, you need to a total of 3 days to trigger the next story mission. You can opt to choose to do missions in either Mt. Steel or Oddity Cave. Mt. Steel is a recommended choice as Oddity Cave might prove to be challenging for the underleveled and unprepared.

As you explore Sinister Woods, you will encounter Pokemon that you can temporarily recruit into your party. Recruit until your reach the maximum 8 party members as they can greatly help in the fight against Team Meanies!

Giving Out Apples To Recruit

Giving out apples

Some Pokemon that you encounter in the field will temporarily join you if you give them Apples. However, Apples at this stage of the game are rare and giving them away might cause you to faint due to Hunger. Use them wisely!

Use Numbers

Team Meanie can easily be defeated through sheer numbers! Get the maximum number of Pokemon into your team to pummel them into submission. As most of their attacks can only target a single Pokemon, you and your team can easily overpower them with continuous attacks.
