1: Recommended Level for the Sky Tower is 30
Although Dungeons do not have an outright recommended level, it's better to have your Pokemon at Level 30 before heading in. This will ensure that you can survive against the enemies you find inside.
1: Have a Surplus of Healing, Revive, PP Items
This Dungeon has the highest number of floors for a story mission. At an extensive 34 floors & a boss fight at the end, make sure to have healing, revive, & PP items to get you through.
1. Bring Pokemon of Different Types
The Sky Tower has a variety of enemies of different types. It's better to have a team of different Pokemon types to be able to counter the enemies you will meet.
1 - 3: Monster Rooms May Appear Randomly
You will be coming across multiple Monster Rooms as you go up the Sky Tower. A good way to defeat the Pokemon inside is to funnel them through a narrow corridor.
1 - 3: Constantly Switch Between Your Pokemon
It's not recommended to just take control of a single Pokemon throughout your climb. Switch between them to fill out their staminas & to not spend all of their move PPs.
1 - 3: Stronger Enemies Appear as You Climb Higher
The enemies you meet on the first floor are entirely different from what you will meet at the 20th. The higher you go, the stronger the Pokemon that will appear.
1 - 3: Weather Can Change Between Floors
The weather can go from Sunny to Rainy as you climb up. It can also change within the same floor!
2. Stock Up on Items at Kangaskhan Statue
Refill on supplies or store away unnecessary items at the Kangaskhan Statue you'll find on the 25F. This is a fixed location and will allow you to take a breather! Remember to leave with full health and allies.

Twister Attacks Hits All Allies
Rayquaza's Twister move will hit all of your Pokemon whenever it is used. Make sure to have healing items at the ready. A Revive All Orb is also great for when your allies are defeated!
