Recommended Rare Qualities To Have
PP Pouch
This Rare Quality can be very convenient as it has a chance to restore PP of a learned move every time an enemy is defeated. You will be able to sustain longer dungeon crawls with this Rare Quality.
XP Boost
XP Boost increases the experience points you receive when defeating an enemy in the dungeon or after a boss fight. This also spreads to Pokemon in your Rescue Camps so they get a share of the experience!
Friendly Or Squad Up
These Rare Qualities will make it easier & highly likely for you to recruit Pokemon once you've defeated them in the dungeon. This can be especially important if you're underleveled and just started a dungeon.
Food Finder
This Rare Quality will make it more likely for you to find Tiny Apples in the dungeon as items on the floor. These Apples restore very little hunger, but if paired with another quality, Small Stomach, can fully restore your hunger! They can also be given to fainted Pokemon to recruit them.

What Are Rare Qualities?
Unique Passive Skills That Affect All Party Members
Rare Qualities are a new addition to the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, replacing the old IQ skills. These unique traits include various effects, from shop discounts to chance to regenerate PP when defeating enemies, which may vastly increase your Party's potential.
Rare Quality Obtained By Eating Gummies
A Pokemon will have a chance to learn new Rare Quality by eating a unique gummy item. There are 2 types of gummies; Rainbow Gummy, which has a chance to give your Pokemon a Rare Quality, and DX Gummy, which has a 100% chance of giving your Pokemon a Rare Quality.
New Recruits May Already Have A Rare Quality
There is also a chance that the Pokemon you've recruited may already have obtained a Rare Quality from the get go. Upon recruiting them, you will see a prompt that your new recruit has a Rare Quality. Keep track of what Rare Qualities your recruited Pokemon have to create an optimal team composition.
