XP Boost

XP Boost increases the experience points you receive when defeating an enemy in the dungeon or after a boss fight. This also spreads to Pokemon in your Rescue Camps so they get a share of the experience!

Friendly Or Squad Up

These Rare Qualities will make it easier & highly likely for you to recruit Pokemon once you've defeated them in the dungeon. This can be especially important if you're underleveled and just started a dungeon.
