How to Defeat Rayquaza
Make Use of Status Effects
Keep Rayquaza from continuously spamming its Twister attack by dealing status effects to it. Stunning, pertrifying and putting it to sleep are recommended.
Assign Roles to Pokemon
Use the Pokemon you control as the main item user. When it's your turn, either heal, revive, or use items to give Rayquaza a status effect. Let the rest of your team do the attacking.
Best to Have Reviver Seed & All Revive Orb
With how easily Rayquaza can defeat your Pokemon with its moves, it's best to have a surplus of Reviver Seeds and All Revive Orbs at the ready. Try to keep their health up as much as possible with healing items.
