Rescue a Legendary Pokemon in Distress
Pitfall Valley is the final Dungeon in the Latios & Latias 3-dungeon quest line. You'll need to rescue Latias from the very bottom of the valley.
Unlock Pitfall Valley After Northern Range
Pitfall Valley can only be unlocked after completing the Northern Range Bonus Dungeon.

Pitfall Valley - Battle Tips
Recommended Pokemon Type: Fire & Electric
With Bug and Flying types all over Pitfall Valley, having Fire and Electric types for your team is ideal. Deal high damage by attacking with enemy weaknesses.
Be Careful of Groups of Ledyba
Although Ledybas are not particularly strong, they can gang up on your Pokemon if you're not careful. Engage them from a distance or funnel them through a narrow corridor.
No Boss at the Final Floor
You won't need to fight anyone in this Dungeon. The main focus is to rescue Latias and once you get to F26, you will initiate a cutscene wherein you do just that.
How to Recruit Latios & Latias
Recruit Latios and Latias at End of Quest Line
Complete all 3 Dungeons under the Quest Line and you'll recruit Latios and Latias at the end of it. This is a guaranteed recruitment!
