Finding The 4 Jewels
Find 4 Jewels To Light The 4 Towers
During the Yellow Streamer section of the game, you will have to find 4 Jewels strewn across the desert and slot them into 4 towers. Doing so will open the path to a new area.

The locations of the towers are as listed above. However, be careful: although there appears to be a tower in Sandpaper East, there actually isn't - the Diamond Tower is located in the Scorching Sandpaper Desert zone!

The Triangle Tower is located in the Scorching Sandpaper West zone.
Triangle Jewel Location
The Triangle Jewel is located in Scorching Sandpaper West, in the middle of two Cacti.

Twins entwined in needles refers to the two cacti close to each other in Sandpaper West.
Round Tower And Jewel
Round Tower Location
The Round Tower is located in the Scorching Sandpaper Far West zone.
Round Jewel Location
The Round Jewel is found at the lake in Shroom City. Line up the moon with the round part of the tower (in the lake's reflection) and then dig.

| Eclipse the sun above the lake... A buried eye is yours to take. |
Eclipsing refers to making the black sun line up with the similarly circular dome of Shroom city. This has to be done in the lake. The eye is buried, so you'll need to use Professor Toad to help you dig it up.
Diamond Tower And Jewel
Diamond Tower Location
The Diamond Tower is located Scorching Sandpaper Desert zone, in the left side of the area, close to the entrance to Sandpaper Minor.
Diamond Jewel Location
The Diamond Jewel is located in the Scorching Sandpaper Desert, at the left foot of the diamond tower.
Diamond Jewel Hint Explanation

The Diamond Jewel's hint refers to how the "eye" (jewel) of the tower is right at its base, near a stone block which looks like the tower's foot.
Square Tower And Jewel
Square Tower Location
The Square Tower is located in the Scorching Sandpaper Far East zone.
Square Jewel Location
This one is located in the Scorching Sandpaper East zone, in the upper right part of the ruins. You have to get Professor Toad to dig it up for you.

The walls of waves here refer to the inscriptions seen on the ruins. "Fire's place" refers to the ruins of a hearth/fireplace. "Earth encased" naturally means that you'll have to ask Professor Toad to dig up the treasure from the ground.

The Hotel Mural text is mainly there to get you to figure out how to open up the way to the Fire Vellumental Cave, and then the Temple of Shrooms. It doesn't necessarily have any bearing on the location of the 4 Jewels.
