How To Install Fabric
| 1 |   Download the latest Fabric Loader on Fabric's website. Choose Universal/JAR if you are using macOS or Windows/.EXE if you are using Windows. |

| 2 | After the download finishes, run the Fabric Loader file |
| 3 |  Select the version of Minecraft that you want to mod by using the drop down window beside "Loader Version:".* Mod compatibility is dependent on the version of Minecraft that you will install |
| 4 | "Install Location" can be left untouched if you installed Minecraft to its default location. If the location of Minecraft is correct, press "Install" and wait for the "successfully installed" window to pop-up |

| 6 |  Move the downloaded API to Minecraft's mod folder.* For Windows, press the Windows Key + R, then type in '%appdata%\.minecraft\mods ** You can make a folder here to store unused Fabric mods |

How To Change Fabric Versions
▲ Check here for the Minecraft/Fabric versionRun the Fabric Loader and select the version that you want to install on your Minecraft. Note that you may have to move incompatible mods from the mod folder as the game will try to run them, causing a crash. You also have to download the appropriate Fabric API to ensure proper running of compatible mods.
How To Change To Fabric 1.17.1
Fabric 1.17.1 is already available and ready with the fixes and improvements of the latest Minecraft. Just follow the steps mentioned above and set the "Loader Version" to 1.17.1. If you installed Minecraft in its default directory, you do not need to touch anything other than "Install".

Ensure Fabric Mod Compatibility
Make sure that the mod that you want to play with is compatible with your Fabric and Fabric API. It can be a bit troublesome but it's worth it once you get Minecraft running with mods.

Some Mods Are Not Fabric-Compatible
