Create Your Safe Haven Using Torchmaster
Torchmaster is a mod that introduces light items that light up locations and bases to make them safer. It introduces a variety of torches with different effects to suit your needs.
Decorative & Practical
Aside from lighting up your base, torches can also introduce some effects to modify your safe haven. As an example, within its radius, the Mega Torch prevents spawning of enemy mobs. You also have something like the Feral Flare Lantern, a light with an invisible base.

Torch & Effects
| Torch Type | Effect |
|---|---|
| Mega Torch | ・Prevents natural spawning of hostile monsters in a big radius (32 blocks) around the torch. ・Mega Torch also prevents the death of monsters inside its radius. Monsters outside the Mega Torch can still enter its area of effects. |
| Dread Lamp | ・Prevents natural spawning of passive animals like squids, bats or ocelots in a big radius around the lamp. |
| Feral Flare Lantern | ・Places invisible lights. |
| Frozen Pearl | ・Clears residual lights from a Feral Flame Lantern. ・Formerly terrain lighter block. |
| Note! | Mega Torch is only supposed to block natural spawning of mob in areas with low light levels, Mob Spawners should still work. |

Using Feral Flare Lantern & Frozen Pearl
Terrain Lighter block has been changed to Feral Flare Lantern for the later versions. While its main purpose is to light up the surrounding areas, you can manually remove the light by using Frozen Pearl.

| 4 | Transfer the mod .jar files to your Minecraft's mod folder >> Know how to access it here |
| 5 | Run "Minecraft Launcher" |
| 6 | Select the Forge version that you want to play on. In this case, select "Forge 1.16.5" |

Does Not Requires Other Mods
You do not need to install for you to be able to run this mod. Download the required Forge version and just place it together with the Torchmaster mod inside your mod folder and you're good to go!
