Camera Responds After Passing Rupees
The Camera you want to show to Pikango must be a photo of the Fairy Fountain after unlocking it. It costs 100 Rupees to unlock, so if you don't have enough yet, collect rupees and visit again.
Armor Upgrades Will Be Available
Examine the Great Fairy Fountain to enhance your armor. The first stage, armor upgrade, is relatively easy in terms of difficulty of obtaining materials, so armor that is often equipped should be upgraded here.
Find The Remaining Great Fairy To Raise The Upgrade Levels
If you want to strengthen your armor more, you must find the three remaining Great Fairies location throughout Hyrule and deliver a large number of Rupees.
You Will Be Able To Get Hints On The Location Of The Camera
After completing Find the Fairy Fountain, Pikango will give you hints on the location of the Main Quest: Captured Memories. There are Pikango in various places other than Kakariko Village, and talking to him to get hints will make it easier to reach your destination.
