You Can Purchase Your Own Home Southwest Of Hateno Village

Nearby ShrineMyahm Agana Shrine

A house that Link can purchase is located in southwest of Hateno Village, past the model house and crossed the bridge. If you warp to Myahm Agana Shrine, it is very close.

Speak To Bolson Behind The House


Need 30 Bunches Of Wood And 3,000 Rupees

Speak to Bolson behind the house and tell him you are wanting to buy a house. Then a Mini Quest "Hylian Homeowner" will activate and if you have 30 Bunches of Wood and 3,000 Rupees then you will be able to purchase it. Cut down trees in the nearby forest and you will get lots of wood.

After Purchasing, New Quest Activated

When you purchase a house, the carpenter, Hudson, will tell you he is moving and a new Mini Quest "From the Ground Up" will activate. Then in the Akkala region, Tarrey Town will appear, and if you complete the quest then you can purchase ore and arrows.

Ask For Extra Furniture


After Making It All, Then Quest Complete

Furniture can be made when paying 100 Rupees to Bolson. To collect all the furniture, you will need 1,400 Rupees and if you don't create all the furniture you can not complete the Quest. If you don't have the money then first create a weapon, bow, and shield stand and then you can complete the rest later.

If You Collect All, Then Can Get Desk


When you get all the furniture, then Bolson will give you a desk as a congratulations present. It will make it more home like so it is great to have.

What You Can Do Inside A House

Can Keep Weapons, Bows, And Shields

On the stands you can display the equipments you are using. The Champion weapons that you receive or weapons that you don't want to break can be placed here. By collecting furniture, you will be able to keep 3 of each weapons, bows and shields.

You Can Rest For Free


By adding a bed, you will be able to rest inside of your house. You can heal your hearts for free so it is a good way to save Rupees.

When The Red Moon Appears, You Can Get 2 Iron Sledgehammer


Next to the entrance and on the left back wall, there are iron sledgehammers. On every night of a Red Moon, they will respawn. These are very helpful when collecting ore so keep this in mind.

You Can Display Champion's Picture (DLC Exclusive)


When you complete DLC 2 "The Champion's Ballad", then you will receive pictures of Zelda and Link which you can display inside of your home. To display this, you will need to collect all the furniture and complete the Mini Quest.
