Malanya Spring can be reached by following the road from Highland Stable in Faron toward the Horse Divine Bridge. You can also go southeast of Ka'o Makagh Shrine and go over the rocky hill.
Require 1,000 Rupees The First Time
In order to revive the Horse at Malanya Spring, you need to regain the power of the Horse God with Rupees just like at the Great Fairy. It takes 1,000 Rupees to get the power back so make sure you have enough on hand before heading there.

The first time you revive at the Malanya Spring with 1,000 Rupees, the revival of the Horse itself is free. However, after the second time, you will be asked for an Endura Carrot, which can be found around the Great Fairy and on Satori Mountain.
Possible To Revive Multiple Horses
It is possible to choose to resurrect not only the Horse that died immediately before, but also multiple other dead Horses. A good Horse will be easier than catching it again since it can be resurrected with one Endura Carrot after the second time.
