How To Unlock Kilton's Monster Shop
It Appears In Each Town When You Meet At Skull Lake
On the first encounter, it is necessary to meet and talk with Kilton at Skull Lake in the northern part of Akkala. After parting ways at Skull Lake, you can find Kilton located somewhere else in each town.
Near Zuna Kai Shrine
If you need to travel quickly to Skull Lake, it's best to warp to the Zuna Kai Shrine located to the left of the lake. This shrine is the closest one, but you need to unlock it first. Another option is the Gorae Torr Shrine, which is also nearby and can be used to fast travel if it has been unlocked.
Appears Only At Night
The condition for the first encounter and each town encounter is that it must be at night. It only appears around the time between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM, If the time doesn't match up, you could light a bonfire and sit by the fire until night.
Take A Picture With The Camera
When you encounter it, make sure to take a photo with your camera so that you can show it to Kilton later for a side quest. It'll save you some trouble if you have the photo already.
Monster Shop Locations
Near Zora's Domain and Dagah Keek Shrine
The location where Kilton appears is slightly far from the fast travel points in any town. Among them, the Dagah Keek Shrine located to the west of Zora's Domain is the closest to the place where Kilton appears.

You can buy valuable items that are not usually available from Kilton. However, the currency used is not in Rupees but with Mon. These Mons can be obtained by exchanging Monster Parts.

You Can Also Get Dark Link Armor Equipment
Defeating all four Divine Beasts unlocks new equipment for the Dark Set at the Monster Shop. The Dark Set lets you transform into Dark Link, an enemy from Ocarina of Time.
▲If you speak to Kilton while wearing the Dark Link equipment, he will seem scared but satisfied with his creation.

All Across the vast expanse of Hyrule, three giant monsters lie in wait: Hinox, Stone Talus, and Molduga. Defeating large bosses in each region will earn you a Medal of Honor from Kilton.

This is a side quest that can be ordered at East Akkala Stable, where you are asked to find out the identity of a suspicious person named Kilton.
Chabi Looking For Kilton
There's a woman who travels throughout Hyrule in search of meeting Kilton. She is often attacked by Monsters and if you help her, she will give you Monster Extract as a token of her gratitude.
