Coliseum Ruins Is The Most Recommended At The End!
After completing the Free the Divine Beasts, enemies in Coliseum Ruins will have elemental swords. It's recommended to make them drop the weapon using a Thunderblade or Shock Arrow, and then collect it before you fast travel away.

Weapon Respawn Locations
Under A Red Moon Brings Back Weapons
All weapons that can be picked up on the field introduced above can be revived and reacquired at the timing of the Red Moon night.
Any gear you come across in the field is deemed acquired once it's been gathered and stashed in your inventory. However, should you decide to discard it and then fast travel somewhere else, the item will vanish without a trace and won't reappear until the next Blood Moon cycle. As such, make sure to be careful when discarding any precious loot.
