| Requirement | In Chapter 5, you are going to receive a quest "The Castle Beckons". Listen to information at Fuller Elevator Landing in Cadensia Region and discuss "Curious About Training" at the rest spot. |
The Side Story: Lanz Ascension Quest occurs by getting information at the Fuller Elevator Landing on the south side of Cadensia Region and discussing "Curious About Training" at a rest spot. Take note that this only occurs after receiving the order for the quest "The Castle Beckons" in Chapter 5.

Finishing "Going Home" Quest Is Required If You Are Already At Episode 6
In order to progress with Side Story: Lanz, you need to advance the quest in City Interior. Although when the story for Chapter 5 has started, going to the City is temporarily restricted. In this case, you can access the City by proceeding with Chapter 6 and finish the quest "Going Home".

Side Story: Lanz - Quest Walkthrough
- Head to the specified location in the City, Number Lost Training Space.
- Go to Centrilo Parade
- Enter the War Room
- Proceed to Morrack Inlet in Cadensia Region
- Make your way to the road at the edge of the blade
- Head to Pedest Floorya
- Examine the transport aircraft in the field
- Fight the Garvel team
- Battle Moebius H (Lv48)
- Class Rank limit unlocked for Heavy Guard after combat
Proceed to Morrack Inlet
Morrack Inlet is located at southwest area of Cadensia Region. Take the boat from Sentridge Harbor Control then navigate towards left.
Examine The Transport Aircraft In The Field
Do not pass through from the front entrance when checking the transport aircraft. Go around and sneak from behind through the cliff.
Class Rank Limit Unlocked For Heavy Guard After Combat
After the quest when you successfully defeated the boss, the Class Rank limit for Heavy Guard can be increased up to 20. This applies not only to Lanz, but for other characters under Heavy Guard class too.
