Hero Quest "A Nopon's Counsel" occurs at the Garf Mine Track just after entering the Pentelas region in Story 3. If you follow the navigation of the main story, you will not get lost.

A Nopon's Counsel Walkthrough
- Head to Elevator No. 1
- Head to the power plant command room on the left to activate the elevator.
- Enter the command room from the back and use the ether cylinder to start the generator
- Take the first elevator to the first mining site.
- Examine the 3 Mineral Deposits
- Head to the Ruins of Seebu Area, rest there
- Go south of Ruins of Seebu
- Defeat Princess Arachno (Lv 26), Savant Arachno (Lv 24) x 5
- Riku & Manana joins after the battle
Activate The Elevator
When you examine the elevator, you will find that it does not work, so head to the power generation room at the far left. The door to the generator room is closed, but you can enter from the back.
Ether Cylinders Required For Startup
To activate the elevator, you will need one Ether Cylinder. If you do not have one, collect it from Ether Channels in the field.

When you arrive at the first mining site in the elevator, you will see icons on the map, so follow the navigational instructions to examine three of them.
Go South Of The Ruins Of Seebu Boss Battle
Follow the navigation and you will find Princess Arachno (Lv 26). You won't be able to use auto attacks as you'll be required to fight manually since this is a Boss Battle, so make sure to use Chain Attacks and Interlink to deal massive damage.
Riku And Manana Joins After The Battle
When the fight is won, Riku and Manana will become Heroes and be able to change their class to "Yumsmith," which Sena initially inherit.
