If you proceed through the Maktha Wildwood in Chapter 4, you will unlock a hero quest called "Natural Selection". Just follow and progress throughout chapter 4 and you will get there without getting lost.

Natural Selection Quest Walkthrough Chart
- Defeat the Hidden Agnus Unit
- Investigate and follow the trail of the mysterious Agnus Soldier
- Go towards the back of the Colony Tau
- Upon returning to the entrance, you will encounter and fight (3) three Unknown Rhinos (LV33)
- Juniper officially joins and the skill "Rope Sliding" will be unlocked
Reach The Ruins
After defeating the mysterious Agnus, a trail of footprints will appear. Examine and follow the trail to reveal ruins. Following them will lead you to Colony Tau.
Battle The Unknown Rhino
Boss battles will be manual, so be sure to make use of Chain Attack and Interlink to inflict damage. If you cannot win because you have not reached the recommended level, you should raise your level and try again.
Battle System & Combat Mechanics GuideJuniper Joins & Rope Sliding Unlocked
Once you win the battle, Juniper will join you. You will also be able to use the Traversal Skills Rope Sliding, which allows you to used at cross roped-off areas.
