The most important thing in the weapon upgrade is whether the initial class is higher than other Heroes class. Regarding Noah, Lanz, and Mio, it can be recommended because the initial class capacity is high, but for other characters, we want to give priority to other Class abilities over weapons Upgrade, so feel free to upgrade.
