Recovers 1 NRG additionally when not using any active skills and Standby.
Lv. 60 Attribute
Reduces the CD of all active skills by 1 turn when not using any active skills and Standby.
▲ The Lv. 60 attribute has a chance to appear only when the fourth attribute is Legendary (rainbow-colored) rarity and the Tarot is enhanced to Lv. 50.

Synergizes with Skill-Dependent Characters

Using [Standby] grants a CD -1 and NRG +1 effect, making it a strong match for characters who specialize in high-impact Support or Disruption skills that have long cooldowns (CD 3+) or consume a lot of energy. Equip this Tarot to maximize the number of powerful Skills you can unleash.
