1st Medallion Location

Head to the marked location, you can find it easily by turning your camera up a bit.
2nd Medallion Location

The Blue Medallion hangs in the space behind the headless statue.
3rd Medallion Location

Take the stairs to the top. The blue medallion is hidden in the chandelier on the way.
4th Medallion Location

You can find the Blue Medallion in the Gallery on the second floor. Note that once you enter the Gallery, the battle begins. The Blue Medallion is located at the place looking back from the "Goat Head," which can be obtained after the battle.

In the second floor, you can find another Blue Medallion in the Armory. It is in a gap between the curtains on the floor above the Armory. Note that once it falls down, the battle begins.
