How To Kill Regenerador?
Aim With Biosensor Scope
You can acquire the Biosensor Scope in the second half of Chapter 13. With this scope, you can check the specific locations of the parasite inside the body of a Regenerador. You can kill it by destroying 3 parasites with your rifle.
Biosensor Scope - How To Get & Use
Avoid Regenerador If You Do Not Have The Biosensor Scope
The first two Regenerador you are going to encounter are found outside the dissection room and inside the freezer. Since you do not have the Biosensor Scope, it is difficult to kill it so avoid combat and run.
Kill After Inflicting Certain Damage
Even if you do not aim for the parasites, you can still defeat Regenerador by inflicting certain damage. It has a high HP and using a shotgun even at the lowest difficulty would take around 7 to 8 shots which is a waste of ammo.

Use Knife To Expose Parasites
Players can also use their knife to attack the Regenerador and expose the parasites. Once exposed, you can then shoot at it! This is a risky way of killing them since you have to be up close to them to do this.
How to Use Knife & Stealth Kill
Easier To Kill With Parry
You can parry the attacks if the Regenerador uses its arms to attack. Parrying is highly recommended because the arms can be destroyed which reduces the frequency of attacks if the parry is successful. Also, it would be easier to shoot when the arms are destroyed.
How To Achieve Two Bugs, One Stone?
Regenerador In Incubation Lab
Two Bugs, One Stone is an achievement that can be unlocked by destroying two parasites with 1 ammo. This is difficult to unlock if the Regenerador is moving so head to the incubation lab where you can find 4 idle Regenerador.
Adjust Angle Then Shoot With Rifle
The Regenerador inside the incubation lab does not move unless the tank is destroyed. In this case, aim using Biosensor Scope then adjust the angle where the two parasites are aligned. There are 4 idle Regenerador which gives you 4 chances to unlock the achievement.
