How To Get Secret Weapon (Submachine Gun)
- You can progress normally to the front of the village's middle courtyard
- Before you go to the middle courtyard, discard all of your weapons and items
- Go down underground from the well that is east of the south middle courtyard
- From the treasure chest, pick up the submachine gun "TMP"
- Pick up the "Kitchen Knife" from the barrels nearby
① You Can Progress Normally To The Front Of The Village's Middle Courtyard
Until you read the front of the middle courtyard, there is no requirements for the Secret Weapon. You can defeat enemies normally or just run through and it will not effect the outcome.
② Before You Go To The Middle Courtyard, Discard All Of Your Weapons And Items
Once you have arrived in front of the door to the middle courtyard, discard all your weapons and items. When you enter the courtyard with an empty attache case, then you have completed the requirements for the Secret Weapon.
③ Go Down Underground From The Well That Is East Of The South Middle Courtyard
When you enter the courtyard with nothing in your inventory, a well will open which is located in the south of the map. Use the ladder to enter the underground. If enemies spot you before you enter, they will chase you down to the well so be careful.
④ From The Treasure Chest, Pick Up The Submachine Gun "TMP"
Once you enter the well, progress straight and in the middle area there is a treasure chest. When you open it, the Secret Weapon "TMP (Submachine Gun)" will be inside.
⑤ Pick Up The "Kitchen Knife" From The Barrels Nearby
When you break the barrels that is around the treasure chest, you will find the "Kitchen Knife" which is within the submachine gun Ammo. It is not that different than a regular knife, so you can use it for parry or grab escape.
Will Be Transported In NEW GAME
Once you find the TMP, then you will be able to start a NEW GAME, by already having the TMP in your inventory. This will be the same in the Mad Chainsaw Mode, so you will be able to decrease the difficulty with this weapon.

How To Unlock Mad Chainsaw Mode
- On the Start Screen, move your cursor on top of "Main Story"
- 【PS4/PS5】
While pressing R1 & R2, press [↑←↓→□△○×] in order
【Xbox/PC (when using PAD)】
While pressing LB & RB, press [↑←↓→XYBA] in order - Start by pressing "NEW GAME"
When you follow the steps above, Mad Chainsaw Mode will appear. You can not "Continue", so if you faint in this mode, then you will have to start over.
Appears Randomly During NEW GAME
The Mad Chainsaw Mode will appear randomly when you press the "NEW GAME". You will not be able to Continue or Redo, so you can enjoy the thrill when you are trying to complete the demo.
When You Want To Play, Reroll
When you die or you want to play again, reroll "NEW GAME → Return to Title" repeatedly until it appears again.
Mad Chainsaw Mode Features
- Enemies will increase and increase in damage and durability.
- Can not Continue
- Will not be considered Cleared until Chainsaw Villager is defeated
└ Standard version is Cleared when it passes a certain period of time - Only available in the Demo mode and not in the actual game (*Might change)
