How To Unlock Exclusive Upgrade?
Unlock By Fully Customizing Or Using Exclusive Upgrade Ticket

Exclusive Upgrade can be done under the above conditions. The upper limit of weapon upgrades is unlocked after Chapter 9, and the Exclusive Upgrade ticket can be obtained after Chapter 7 or later. Therefore, if you want to Exclusive Upgrade in the shortest time, you need to get a ticket. Tickets will disappear once you use them.
How To Obtain Exclusive Upgrade Ticket

Exclusive Upgrade tickets can be obtained by trading with Spinel, but it requires a considerable amount of Spinel as even the first ticket requires 30. Spinel can be obtained mainly by completing Blue Request Notes, so if you want to utilize Exclusive Upgrade, make sure to complete them.
