Handcannon - How To Get?
There Are Two Ways To Obtain It
- Completing a new game (not with New Game Plus) on Professional mode without using Bonus Weapons
- Obtain an S rank or higher in all stages of The Mercenaries (use any character)
It is recommended to play The Mercenaries if you want the Handcannon right away, as it is by far less difficult to obtain it in The Mercenaries. It does not take much time to obtain it unless you are a beginner, since you only need to get an S rank in the three stages of The Mercenaries.

A Lot Of Preparation Is Needed To Complete The Professional Mode
Completing the professional mode and obtaining the Handcannon is challenging, and the right approach is to obtain the some accessories before taking on the challenge. In addition to repeating a playthrough of the main story, it is also necessary to complete the hardcore mode with an S+ rank.
The procedure is explained below.
Complete on NEW GAME
Difficulty level "PROFESSIONAL" must be completed in a NEW GAME without using any Bonus Weapons. It cannot be achieved with transferred save data, and be careful of using speacial weapons like the Chicago Sweeper and Infinite Weapons as they cannot be used.

Requires 5-7 Runs
In order to obtain all the Bonus weapons, it requires at least 5-7 rounds. If you want to complete it with ease, it requires about 7 rounds.
Easy until obtaining Chicago Sweeper
Chicago Sweeper (Infinite Submachine Gun) can be obtained by completing PROFESSIONAL with an A+ rank. Obtaining Rank A itself has plenty of time, and after 2nd round, use saved data and Infinite Rocket Launcher to complete with ease.
Difficult To Obtain Items After Cat Ears
To get Cat Ears/Handcannon, you need to start Professional from New Game. For this reason, pure techniques are required because money or Infinite Rocket Launcher cannot be taken over. However, bonus Weapons can be used, so it is possible to use Chicago or Infinite Knife.
