Need To Destroy Them To Complete The Blue Request Notes
Blue Medallions can be destroyed to complete Blue Request Notes. The location and number of medallions to be destroyed differ for each request, and there are 32 medallions in total.

Rewards Available After Completing Requests
After completing the Blue Request Notes, talk to the Merchant and you will receive Spinels, which can be used in Trades with the Merchant for items only available here.

Medallions Can Be Destroyed Before Receiving Requests
It is possible to complete the requests if the Medallions are destroyed before finding the Blue Request Notes. After destroying Medallions, talk to the Merchant and you will receive the reward. The request will disappear, but it will be registered in the Files.
