How To Complete Destroy the Blue Medallions 6 Blue Request Note
All 5 Medallions Can Be Found At Cliffside Ruins
On the map, they seem to be in areas that have not yet been reached, but in fact, all five can be destroyed at the Ruins Cliff. This article shows the locations of the medallions starting from the request, in order of easiest to destroy.
1st Medallion Location

The first medallion hangs a little backwards from the request, and you have to look up. Since the distance is quite far, it'd be better to destroy it with a scope-mounted weapon than a Handgun.
2nd Medallion Location

The second is inside the steel frame built in the direction of the cliff. This can be easily found from the path, but you have to adjust Leon's position so that the bullets won't hit the steel frame.
3rd Medallion Location

The third medallion can be found by looking slightly down toward the sea. It'd be easier if you look for it in a position where the door to next objective fits just barely to the left of the screen.
4th Medallion Location

The fourth medallion is located where you fought the bugs. It is behind the descending ladder and is quite difficult to find. You can find it by going around to the left and observing the back of the descending ladder.

The fifth medallion is at the end of the descending ladder. Look for a gap in the grass, turn toward the cliff, and you will find it hidden between the rocks. You can also get the Treasure at the back
