How To Complete More Pest Control Blue Request Note
Only 2 Rats Can Be Exterminated In Chapter 9
In More Pest Control, you will have to defeat three rats. But only two of them can be defeated in Chapter 9, where you receive the request, and the remaining one will be defeated at the very beginning of Chapter 10.
1st Rat: Around Armory (Chapter 9)

After defeating the armors in the Armory, there are rats around the red carpet on the way back to the Grand Hall. Use either a knife if they come near you or a handgun if they stop at a distance.
2nd Rat: Around Dining Hall (Chapter 9)

You can get rid of the rats before you solve the puzzle in the Dining Hall. They're hanging around in the hallway just before the one where you can see the tables.
3rd Rar: Hallway to the Library (Chapter 10)

You can find the rats even when you're controlling Ashley, but since she has no weapon, she cannot exterminate them. Once you reach Chapter 10m you will be able to control Leon and move along the same path that Ashley has taken.
